Inside the 2026 LexusES Hybrid

The dashboard feels smaller.

Not the car, obviously, the dash. The 2026 model strips things down, leaving fewer buttons and knobs to get lost in. It looks simpler than before.

Premium and Premium+ are your only two trim options for the ES350h.

You get to sit in Palomino. It’s one of the faux-leather upholstery choices. Does it matter if it’s not real leather? Not really.

A massive 14.0-inch touchscreen sits dead center. It dominates the cabin. If you want infotainment, this is where it lives.

Simplicity often looks like emptiness until you need it.

Your instruments? They’re on a standard 12.3-inch digital cluster. You can change how they look, if you feel like tweaking things.

Most climate controls are gone, shoved inside the screen. You still have buttons for temperature and defrost, though. Thank goodness.

There is a toggle shifter now.

Why?

It frees up storage in the console. More room for whatever junk you carry around.
